Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
